PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF HEARING APPEAL HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, J 700 Clark Blvd, Hopewell Township, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania on Thursday May 26, 2022 at 6:30 P.M. in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 2004-01, entitled the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance, to hear the request of the Barbara Michna, 3148 Bradbury Drive Aliquippa, PA 1500 l, for a Special Exception relating to Article XXIV, ”Nonconforming Uses”, Section 2403 Sub. A -F Extensions / Expansions, to establish a Coffee Shop on tax parcel 65-016-0403 located at 2236 Brodhead Road, Hopewell Township. Any and all persons to be heard in this matter should appear at the time and place above specified.
