PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF HEARING OF APPEAL
HOPEWELL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD

NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be rescheduled by the Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, 1700 Clark Blvd, Hopewell Township, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, to Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 6:30 P.M. in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 2004-01, entitled the Hopewell Township Zoning Ordinance, to hear the request of Gary & Debra Ridgway, 2410 W. Wade Street Aliquippa PA 15001, for a Variance relating to Article XXIV, "NonConforming Uses", Section 2403 A-F, for the expansion of a nonconforming structure on tax parcel 65-008-0733 located at 2410 W. Wade Street Hopewell Township. Any and all persons to be heard in this matter should appear at the time and place above specified.

The Hopewell Township Zoning Hearing Board scheduled for Thursday, December 9, 2021, has been canceled.  The Hearing will be rescheduled sometime in January 2022.
