New Fireworks Law

Wishing everyone a safe and happy 4th of July! Under the new Fireworks Law passed in Pennsylvania in 2022 remember that consumer fireworks cannot be used within 150 feet of a building or vehicle – even if it’s your own, and cannot be used on public or private property without consent of the owner. Also, because July 4th falls on a Tuesday this year, consumer fireworks may be used on June 30, July 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 until 1AM the following day. No fireworks may be used after 1AM.
