Care Bags donated to our Police Department

Hopewell Township’s Community Outreach partnered up with WESBANCO to create Care Bags for our Police Fleet. Each cruiser will be equipped with bags containing stuffed animals and fidget toys to distract and comfort children and warm blankets immediately available for anyone who may be involved in a tragic situation.
